HPL Law Group has a Notary Public service for clients who require documents to be certified or witnessed for use in any overseas jurisdiction.
The signature and official seal of our Notary Public is kept on the database of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade (‘DFAT’) and the Supreme Court of NSW.
Our services include:
- witnessing the signing of documents
- certifying copies of original documents
- authenticating government documents to be used overseas
- consent to travel documents
- notarising of trademark and company documents
- obtaining Apostille or Authentication Certificates from DFAT
- binding of notary documents
